shopping streets in the centre of the city. Graz is famous for its pumpkin-seed oil, which is particularly used for salads. It is now a protected brand “Styrian pumpkin seed oil“. Austria's famous gingerbread (Lebkuchen) biscuits, cakes and chocolates (Mozart Kugel) are also widely available. There are also regular Farmer's Markets with delicious Austrian sausages, ham, cheeses, fruits, honey, cakes and other local food directly from the farm. Styria is also famous for its wines.
